Currently, Facebook is restricting access to my account which is illegal and a violation of privacy and data rights. I need you to remove the 2FA from my Facebook so that I can log in and access my personal data. Summary of issue: 1. I login with the correct email/phone and password 2. I am asked to input 2FA code from Google Authenticator that I USED to have access to on my old phone, but when I got a NEW phone, the accounts didn’t transfer so I can’t use my 2FA code. 3. I select ‘need another way to authenticate?’ link and I am presented with a dead end. None of those solutions are possible. First option is impossible, I do not have Facebook access on my phone since I was logged out when I changed phones. The other device option is also impossible as I only use Facebook on my iphone and laptop, both of which are locked out. 4. This is the dead end – there are no other solution options because none of the options in step 3 actually do anything. I need to remove 2FA or use another 2FA method like SMS or email. Final Summary: Facebook is conducting illegal business practices and restricting access to my data.
